Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in RSI Academy and accessing program content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll or access the program. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reichert Science Intelligence.

2. Program Description

RSI Academy is a self-paced, online continuing education program providing a 10-week Healthcare AI Architect certification curriculum for Medicare Advantage analytics professionals. The program includes instructional modules, practicum labs, a capstone project, and a 65-question certification examination.

RSI Academy is operated by Reichert Science Intelligence, an independent consulting and education practice. RSI Academy is not affiliated with any government agency, health plan, or managed care organization.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is completed through the RSI Academy enrollment form and secured by payment via Stripe. Your enrollment is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and an enrollment record is created in our system.

• Program access is granted to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials.
• Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials or enroll on behalf of another individual.
• Pricing is in US dollars. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

RSI Academy offers the following refund terms:

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if fewer than two curriculum modules have been accessed.
• After 7 days or after accessing two or more modules: No refund is available, as substantial program value has been delivered.
• CE accreditation refund: If NAHQ CE accreditation is not granted within 18 months of program completion, a full CE fee refund will be issued. This applies to the accreditation component only, not the program enrollment fee.

Pass Guarantee (Prep Subscriptions)

RSI ACADEMY Pass Guarantee. If you do not pass your credential exam after 90 days of regular use (defined as at least three study sessions per week for at least eight weeks) and submit your score report or attestation, we will extend your subscription by three months at no charge.

• Eligibility applies to active prep subscriptions where pass_guarantee_eligible is set at checkout.
• Submit claims to reichert.starguardai@gmail.com with your subscription email, exam date, and score report or attestation.
• Approved claims receive a three-month subscription extension applied manually via Stripe.

5. Access and License

Upon enrollment, RSI Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program content for your individual professional development. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any program content
• Share login credentials or grant access to any other person
• Use program content for commercial purposes, training others, or creating derivative works
• Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video or audio program content for redistribution

Program access is provided for the duration of your active enrollment. RSI Academy reserves the right to update, revise, or improve curriculum content at any time as part of our quarterly curriculum update process.

6. Academic Integrity

RSI Academy requires all learners to maintain professional academic integrity standards. By accessing the certification examination, you confirm the professional integrity attestation recorded at exam initiation — that you are completing the examination independently and without unauthorized assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

All RSI Academy curriculum content, including module text, practitioner tools, exam questions, case studies, and capstone frameworks, is the proprietary intellectual property of Reichert Science Intelligence. All rights are reserved. The RSI Academy name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Continuing Education Credits

RSI Academy is pursuing NAHQ CE accreditation and AHIMA ACEP approval. Continuing education credit documentation will be issued to eligible learners upon program completion and post-assessment submission, subject to accreditation approval status at the time of completion.

RSI Academy makes no guarantee of CE approval by any specific accrediting body. If CE accreditation is not granted, the CE fee refund provision in Section 4 applies.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RSI Academy curriculum content is provided for professional education purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, or clinical advice. Medicare Advantage regulations, CMS guidance, and healthcare AI best practices change frequently. Learners are responsible for verifying the currency of information with authoritative sources before applying it in professional practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reichert Science Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or professional decisions made in reliance on program content.

RSI Academy's total liability for any claim arising from enrollment shall not exceed the amount paid for your enrollment.

10. Termination

RSI Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms of Service, including academic integrity violations, unauthorized sharing of credentials or content, or abusive conduct toward program staff. Termination for cause forfeits any refund eligibility.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
